Tour Plan
Morning flight or drive to Arba Minch, located between Lakes Abaya and Chamo. In the afternoon, enjoy a boat trip on Lake Chamo to spot crocodiles, hippos, and birdlife. Overnight in Arba Minch.
Drive to Jinka via Konso, a UNESCO-listed cultural landscape. Visit Konso villages known for their terraced farming and wooden totems (waka). Continue to Jinka, the gateway to the Omo Valley tribes. Overnight in Jinka.
Travel to Mago National Park to visit the Mursi tribe, famous for their lip plates and distinctive body decoration. Learn about their traditions and daily life before returning to Jinka in the afternoon. Overnight in Jinka.
Drive south to Turmi, home of the Hamer tribe, known for their colorful attire and cultural ceremonies such as the bull-jumping ritual. Visit local villages and interact with community members. Overnight in Turmi.
After breakfast, drive back to Arba Minch and transfer to Addis Ababa by flight or road, passing through scenic landscapes and rural villages. End of the tour.
